Weekly Giveaway Rules

• Contestants may register via the internet. To be eligible the contestant must provide the correct answer to the contest along with their full name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address.
• Entries must be received no later than Friday at 12:00 Noon eastern time each week.
• Must be over the age of 21 to enter.
• Number of entries is limited to 1 per household.
• Winners will be notified by e-mail, mail, or telephone. The contest winner will also be publicized on the web site.
• Prize must be acknowledged within thirty (30) days of winning the prize or the prize is forfeited. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery or pick-up of prize.
• The prize being offered has been described in as much detail as reasonably possible. The appearance of the prize may vary from that pictured. If described model or product is discontinued or out of stock, a similar model or product may be substituted.  Once won, the prize and any portion of the prize is nontransferable.
• All taxes are the full responsibility of the winner.
• Due to federal laws regulating the transport of fertilizer and other chemicals, some prizes may not be shipped outside of the United States.  Entrants from outside the U.S. may not be eligible to win a prize as a result.
• Employees of Clear Channel Broadcasting, participating sponsors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter and win.
• Rules are available upon request at FRN studios.
• No purchase necessary to enter and win. Winner does not have to be listening to the "Better Lawns and Gardens" radio show to win.
• If contestant has won any prize from BetterLawns.com within the previous 60 days, he or she is not eligible to enter and win.
• The weekly winner will be chosen in a random drawing each Saturday.
• Rules are subject to change without notice.
